I’m not nosey, but ever since Nancy Guthrie got snatched out of her home I’ve been keeping an eye out for my elderly neighbor lady. Nobody is snatchin my neighbor. Not on my watch. This guy seems to be delivering cars everywhere at a very rapid pace. Kuwait. Jordan. Qatar. Etc. And to really important people it seems. Like princes and shit. And he attended a Clinton Global Initiative conference…. I’m shook! Who is this guy!? WTF is he doing in TUCSON? And does he know Nancy? I caught him doing a ride share there once, in her neighborhood! But he’s really careful about what he shows the camera. He lived in an apartment complex for very short amounts of time with 2 German shepherds and another man who has only made 4 posts. One of them is showing a type of gun I don’t know about. These guys are creepy and they’re up to something! And they all follow the dealership the Range Rover that had temp tags on it and who had the man unalive himself in the back of it! This is what we’re all waiting on. I know it’s coming. Or they already have it, and it’s really bad. There’s still two more outdoor cameras that were taken in for analysis so they may be waiting for possible footage from that rather than releasing the rest of what’s on the door cam. There was also an indoor cam, from what the sheriff said. Just because you pull the camera off its mount, it doesn’t mean you can’t still be seen. #NancyGuthrie

BREAKING: The TRIPLE HOMICIDE suspect, identified as IVAN MILLER, 23, stole the vehicle from one of the victims located on the trail, which was tracked through southern Utah and into northern Arizona before it was found abandoned in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Following a brief search utilizing drones, Miller was apprehended without incident and found to have a concealed handgun and large knife, the Pagosa Springs Police Department said. According to the Utah Department of Public Safety, Miller had NO previous relationships with the victims, and it's not known how long he was in the area or state before the incidents. He is currently being held at the Archuleta County detention center on a weapons charge.

First it was reported that “her children” dropped her off, then it changed to “her family,” then it changed to “last seen by her eldest daughter, Annie.” Did anyone from the family who arrived at the home make an attempt to view the security camera footage? Isn’t that something you can usually connect to, via a computer or even your mobile device? Sheriff says they still haven’t been able to view the footage due to legalities and it not being available on a cloud. Then goes on to talk about how allll the tech agencies are working with them; Google, Meta… Weird.

What Happened in the Driveway: Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said early on that no tracks found in Nancy Guthrie’s driveway were relevant to the investigation. Both Brian and Maureen agree that most vehicles were parked on the side of the home and not in the front circle driveway, so all visible tracks (early on) should have been scaled and photographed. Getting those impressions early is vital to investigations. When watching the aerial footage, I definitely noticed distinct tracks in both parts of the driveway, but the ones in the circle driveway were the ones that stuck out like a sore thumb. They didn’t resemble a vehicle’s tracks but something narrower that was butted right up against the rocks on the right side of her front walkway, right around where her blood stops. You can even see where it was stopped a few times. It’s such a distinct pattern. What stuck out to me as well is that a pickup truck loaded with pool cleaning equipment and supplies barely left any tracks when using the same circle driveway just days later.
