The Nigeria Police Force is the oldest institution in #Nigeria. It does not change. It's colonial role was liquidation of expendable #Nigerians. At independence, it was already 100 yrs & it has bn unreformable since then. It does not change. The standard practice in the police is to transfer their killers from one command to another & get them lost in the system. It does not change. So, IG of Nigeria Police Force, TUNJI DISU, directed the prosecution of #PoliceMurderer, Nuhu Usman. The same IG of Nigeria Police Force has now surreptitiously transferred the same murderer out of Delta State? It does not change. The goal is very simple: frustrate prosecution. When it is time for arraignment, he will be missing or impossible to find. It does not change!
