But one thing that has been dangerous is rhetoric suggesting that merely carrying a firearm somehow justifies lethal force. That is false. Of course, if you are lawfully carrying, you must communicate clearly and comply with law enforcement instructions or things can end badly. Walz, Frey, and democrats need to turn down the temperature and stop encouraging agitators to engage or confront law enforcement. That puts officers and civilians at risk.
