Some chef on Instagram posted a reel where he is heating the brick, yes those red brick used in construction. And then putting a tadka on it and then putting it in the food for flavor. 😖 Please don't do this ever. Bricks are high in heavy metals like arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, nickel, copper, zinc, barium, antimony, selenium, molybdenum, silver, and beryllium. They might leech in your food.

This isn't AI video, this is real. This guy is suggesting not to take Rabies vaccine but take some random mumbo jumbo homeopathetic drops to fight the Rabies. Just to let you know, A 2024 nationwide ICMR survey covering 60 districts across 15 states estimated around 5,726 human rabies deaths annually in India. This video has 300 thousand views on Youtube.

We were making some 7-Eleven drinks outside the store. It’s a public walk area. We spilt the drink & bought tissues to clean it. I was so scared not to clean it. I would have done the same here but we all must practice this. Will post few more things in this quote thread. Enjoy

As per World Bank, we need 2.15 dollars per day to stay above poverty line. In that 2 dollars, less than a dollar goes on diet. But on an average, middle class people spend 3-5 dollars on their diet every day. If we compare with average richer classes, per day expenditure is 40-50 dollars a day. Does not include fancy restaurants or Butler services. Or wine, whiskey etc. Just food. 8 to 10 times expenditure gap with the middle class and 50 times gap with a person just at poverty level of 2 dollars. What does that difference get you? Best quality food! Steaks aren’t cheap, allergy based diets and substitutes to the products which you cannot digest. Like almond milk in place of skim/fat milk. At 3 dollars per day, it is obvious that the body is recharged with wheat, rice, pulses, milk, millets, potatoes and every agency will tell you that it is healthy and best. They cannot tell a 3 dollar guy that he gotta spend 20-25 dollars per day. As you go up, you can pick things you want to eat. Best quality of those things eventually. You can choose to be a picky eater and not worry about 30 rupees delivery fee Zomato is charging. This is why actors, athletes etc revamp their diets when they rise socioeconomic ladders. They won’t be eating 1 kg rajma after that like they did in hostel days. You have to be conscious about it. When you rise your socioeconomic strata, your diet must reflect that. Otherwise, there was no point. You could just stay at 3-5 dollars a day level and live happily ever after.

Dhruv Rathee is from Germany, and he is pushing his agenda by giving reach to the news coming from Hong Kong, a Chinese territory. That's what people told me. And that is also why I submitted the samples of the famous Fish Curry Masala Brand to the Lab Accredited by NABL, and FSSAI itself. The test report clearly shows that ethylene oxide is 70 times more than the permissible limit set by the EU and is completely prohibited by FSSAI. My question to FSSAI If I can get the lab test done in four days, why are you asking 20 days for the same. What are you waiting for? Why can't you take swift action? What and Who is stopping you? For those who don't know, Ethylene Oxide is a group 1 carcinogen, the same as alcohol and cigarettes.

Figs are totally “vegetarian” fruit and even jains can eat it. Nothing to worry about.
