He wasn’t the “Old Timer”. He was Uncle Herschel McCartney, Danny’s uncle. Danny Evins was a good man who tried to market a gas station & it hit big with local heritage. He has done somersaults in his grave this week. Signed, a Lebanon girl who grew up with the Evins family
