I refuse to believe that this is the best Oregon can do.

Oregon has everything it takes to be the best place in America to live, work and raise a family, but we need leaders who are focused on solving problems for Oregonians. I’m running for Governor because it’s time to hold government accountable to the people of Oregon and deliver the results they deserve. Join the movement:

Oregonians pay enough in taxes that our state should look and feel like Disneyland everywhere we go. Instead, under Tina Kotek, we’re paying more and getting less. As governor, I’ll stop measuring success by how much government spends and start demanding results.

Gas is averaging $4.00 a gallon nationwide. In Oregon, it’s $4.74. That gap matters when you’re filling up to get to work, taking your kids to school or running a small business. Oregon has become an outlier on cost under Tina Kotek’s failed leadership. As governor, I'll put affordability at the center of every decision my administration makes. KVAL News

Her bio says it all… Progressive Democrat first. Oregon Governor second. Tina Kotek is threatening to yank emergency funding for roads before Thanksgiving weekend because she didn’t get her way. We said no to your stinkin’ tax hike. Accept it. Balance the budget, use the billions you’ve got and govern within the will of the people.

These fires have taken a tremendous toll on communities across Oregon. Right now, our focus must be on supporting those on the front lines and helping families get through this crisis. At the same time, we need to have honest conversations about how we can reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfires in the future. That means more active management of our state and federal forests, stronger partnerships and a greater commitment to prevention and mitigation.

Tina Kotek’s administration made $2.5 billion in accounting errors last year. That’s not a simple rounding mistake, that’s bureaucratic incompetence. And this isn’t just a one-off, it’s a pattern. In 2024, they made $1.8 billion in accounting errors. Tina Kotek wants to keep raising taxes on us, but her own administration can’t even keep its own books without billions of dollars in errors. It’s time to fire Tina Kotek. Read more:

Let's be clear. Measure 120 failed because of failed leadership. Period. While Tina Kotek is skirting blame for soaring gas prices and leaning on outside experts to tell her how to run ODOT, I have a plan on day one to make ODOT accountable to Oregonians WITHOUT raising their taxes.

Every day, failed leadership in the Governor’s Office costs you more. More at the grocery store. More on your utility bill. More homelessness in our parks and on our streets. On Day One, I’ll get to work changing that. Watch my full interview from this morning on FOX & Friends:

Oregon has one of the shortest school years in the nation. Just over the river in Vancouver, the average K-12 student receives one year more of instructional time than students in our state. A recent poll showed that 80% of Oregonians support requiring local school districts to provide at least the national average of school days. Your kids deserve a world-class education, and on Day One I will work to increase classroom time and give teachers the resources they need so that all Oregon students and teachers can be successful.

🚨WE’RE GOING TO FEDERAL COURT Once 250,000 Oregonians signed the petition referring Tina Kotek’s $4.3 tax to the November ballot, they took control of this measure and deserve their day in court. This is about continuing the fight to defend the rights of Oregonians. When the government creates rules that silence everyone but those with money or power, there must be a reckoning.

My plan to solve our homelessness crisis is centered on treatment, recovery and accountability. We can’t get folks off the street and into housing if we don’t address mental health and addiction. Under Tina Kotek’s leadership homelessness has increased by 35% statewide. Her outdated philosophy of housing first has resulted in billions spent on ineffective programs that fail to get people off our streets and into recovery and long-term sobriety. That changes on Day One when I’m governor. Watch my full interview on KOIN News here:

Parents are pulling their kids out of public schools, that’s a red flag. We have some of the highest levels of education funding, but our children still aren’t learning and our schools are some of the worst in the nation. This is Tina Kotek’s Oregon, she’s been falling students and parents, for almost four years, and we’ve had enough. When I’m Governor, we’re going to fix our schools and make sure funding goes to helping kids learn, not failed agendas and ideologies.

It’s the first day of the 2026 Session and Tina Kotek and her allies in Salem are already scheming to move the transportation tax referendum to the May ballot. The truth is that they are scared to be on the same ballot as their stinkin’ $4.3B tax and fee hike. We should respect Oregonians and let their voices be heard this November.
