Liberal Nature Resources Minister was caught saying that Carney’s decision to move his Canadian company to the United States was the right decision because “his job is to act in the best interest of shareholders”. Sorry, what? The Liberals have made things so bad for Canadian businesses that they now believe it’s better for these companies to just move to the US? Now, Mark Carney is a day away from becoming PM—with zero scrutiny—and the media is silent. Yesterday in Hamilton, he ran from reporters while his staff ordered mics off and they obeyed. When will Canadian media start demanding that Carney finally answer some questions about his policies, his lies, or his shady business practices?

Let me get this straight. The Liberal Finance Minster’s spouse works for Alto. Alto is the company who the Liberals have committed $90 billion of taxpayer money to build a high-speed rail between Quebec City and Toronto. The Finance Minister included this commitment in his budget….but it gets worse. The Finance Minister paid an executive at Alto to write the budget speech. This really smells like layers of Liberal corruption. What do you think?

CARNEY: Look, there's several elements to the transaction and I should have been more precise in my answer. There's an overall move with a plan of arrangement, and the plan of arrangement and the agreement of all that, which is also true, it's complicated.
