Best joke of the day: "Talarico supports 2A." Do you know what Talarico was opposing here? A bill that would have decriminalized mere possession of a handgun by veterans. It would have made having a gun on private property where it wasn't wanted a civil issue, not a criminal one. Talarico voted to criminalize veterans, not protect them.

The City of Corpus Christi just violated State and Federal law when Jason Followell attempted to speak. They unconstitutionally limited him to 1 minute, while "residents" got three. This is a violation of his right to equal treatment under the law. Yup, we're filing suit.

Dear Ms. McAdoo, I highly recommend that you focus on the lawsuit AGAINST YOU and less about Drew Anthony, who will lose his appeal. Drew will be paying my legal fees for failing to get it dismissed. I just finished the motion to have YOU pay my fees for ignoring discovery.

People are asking for an update to this video. Here ya go: 10 days after i served Mr. Followell's lawsuit, corrupt chief Eric Blanchard filed charges against me and Jason. After i filed motions to suppress, the charges were dismissed, but refiled differently in a way that wasn't so easy to dismiss. The civil case continues to move forward. They claimed qualified immunity...and lost. They tried to get a summary judgment in their favor...and lost. We head to mediation next month. Jason's malicious prosecution is scheduled for January 27, 2026, at 0900 in San Patricio County. Mine malicious prosecution is scheduled for November 3, 2025, at 0900 in San Patricio County. Everyone is invited to watch me stand up to corrupt officials. The trials will NOT be televised, so you'll need to appear in person. They are doubling down because the county attorney is close friends with Choef Blanchard and his wife. This os about protecting a corrupt cop, not prosecuting an actual crime.
