Well, here goes. My first ever GB News interview. I’ve never done television before, so be gentle. A few years ago I was working quietly in the background in welfare, safeguarding and security investigations. Public speaking, media interviews and politics were never part of the plan. A series of events simply led me here. I watched it back and, like most people, picked apart everything I think I could have said better. That’s part of learning. I’m still finding my feet, but I’m grateful for the opportunity and proud to be speaking up for the issues that matter to me. Onwards and upwards.Fiona goddard

There is not a single MP in this country that I would ever wish harm on. I may disagree with them or find their politics abhorrent, but intimidation has no place in a democracy. What we are now seeing from this The Green Party candidate turning up at an MP’s office in an intimidating manner towards her and her staff, is completely unacceptable. We have already seen where this road leads with the murders of Jo Cox and David Amess, two MPs with different politics but the same tragic outcome, and it should have been a line that is never crossed again. This behaviour fuels that same dangerous environment and it must stop, and the Green Party should act immediately and stand this individual down.

Good morning, When I talk about child sexual exploitation, no issue. The moment I say grooming gangs and acknowledge they are predominantly Pakistani Muslim, the whataboutery begins. “What about white grooming gangs?” Here’s why I don’t centre them. White offenders are arrested, prosecuted, and convicted. Pakistani grooming gangs were not. They were ignored and covered up because professionals, police, MPs, and councillors were terrified of being called racist. That fear mattered more to them than raped children. That is why victims are still fighting for justice 10, 15, 20 years later. Your feelings are not more important than their trauma. Call me racist, fascist, or a bigot if you want. Be ready to defend it. You will not silence me and you will not dictate what I can challenge. This space is for victims, survivors, and supporters, not moral posturing liberals who helped enable the cover-ups. And one final thing. If you come onto my page and blame children for being raped by Pakistani Muslim men, expect a response you won’t enjoy. Debate me if you want. Abuse me and you’re gone. This isn’t your moment. It never was.

People of Oldham and Bradford, you must write to your local councils and demand that Susan Hinchcliffe and Arooj Shah are not put forward for peerages. These women were instrumental in blocking grooming gang inquiries in their areas. That is not a conspiracy theory. It is a matter of public record. If you truly care about the protection of women and children in your communities, now is the time to act. Letters from local residents matter, but pressure from within those councils carries even more weight. Do not allow Labour to reward politicians who oversaw the denial of justice to thousands of raped, trafficked and abused children. Regardless of political rosettes, the truth matters. Think carefully about what message it sends if those linked to these failures are elevated to the House of Lords.

Last night I took some time to reflect. Michelle and I have known each other since we were children, and we’ve spoken often about our childhood trauma. She has spoken publicly about the abuse she suffered growing up in a home with domestic violence. I understand that world. I was in care due to physical child abuse. None of this is alien to me. I know what happens in Hull. It’s my hometown. It’s where I was born. I may not live there now, but I’m not far, and what I have seen, both personally and through the victims of grooming gangs I’ve supported across the country, is exactly why I refuse to stay silent. The closure of Operation Marksman and Operation Clearance is a devastating blow. I’ve supported women across Bradford, Keighley, Rotherham, Telford and Oldham, and I know there are people in Hull working relentlessly behind the scenes for victims. That work cannot be brushed aside. Yet when I attempted to start a petition through Hull City Council, I received an official response admitting they had checked my social media to verify my address, despite clear safeguarding concerns due to a known offender linked to my family. That raises serious questions about process and judgement. Hull is too often treated as the forgotten city. That ends now. I will continue with the petition and share it once approved. I will also be contacting the national inquiry directly to request a meeting with Anne Longfield and her team to ensure Hull is considered. If cases are not being progressed to the CPS, they must be examined under statutory powers. This is not over. Not for the many victims in Hull who still haven’t been heard. I might not have the loudest voice, but when you’re from Hull, you protect your own. What happened to my sister is why I fight, but this is about every victim who has been ignored, dismissed, or let down. I will pursue every lawful route to ensure accountability, because no child in Hull should ever have to endure this again

Disgusting. Labour MPs smiling and sniggering while Nick Timothy raises rape gang victims. Alex Davies-Jones is the Labour MP for Pontypridd and the current Minister for Victims. That role demands seriousness, respect, and accountability. Welsh voters remember her come the GE.
