i was a bit late in getting this video. The locals call this 'spirit tides' or 'ghost parades'. If i had been just a few minutes quicker the effect was very pronounced b/c the early morning sun light had not yet hit the houses producing these illuminated wisps of vapor moving against a dark background as the tide flows out. The wisps of fog will rise up 50 feet some days looking like big sailing ships, or dragons, or even giant people. The sun can provide bands of colors within them. Usually only seen this time of year b/c of the temperature and sun angles.
