Network. 🫵 Get to know people beyond the application and the 15 minute Zoom interview ▪️ Talk about your career goals ▪️ Ask about their work and interests ▪️ Share what you’re passionate about ▪️ Talk about life outside of medicine ▪️ Build REAL connections These conversations can leave an impression that’s difficult to make through a screen And those October and November conferences?
