We have created a new type of token using Uniswap v4 hooks that we call a Pair Token. What is a Pair Token? A Pair Token is a fused, auto-compounding ERC-20 asset that combines two tokens into one. For example, stock tokens on Robinhood Chain could be fused into new tokenized assets: NVDA + TSLA = NVDATSLA AAPL + MSFT = AAPLMSFT Each Pair Token represents a proportional share of the full-range Uniswap v4 liquidity pool. So why mint these tokens? At any moment, anyone can call the compound function to reinvest the LP fees generated by the pair’s trading activity back into the underlying asset since Robinhood Stock tokens also self multiply because of dividends we get a double compound effect. This creates a new financial primitive that behaves similarly to an LP position NFT, except it is fungible,tradeable , auto-compounding, and designed to grow its underlying holdings through trading fees. Since it is an ERC-20, it can be freely traded onchain, LPed, or even paired with a launchpad. A new type of token for a new type of exposure and strategy. Starting tonight, you’ll be able to mint or redeem Pair Tokens for any pair on Robinhood Chain via the StonkBrokers website. Minting and redeeming are free, while compounding incurs a 10% fee on the LP fees generated, which is used for $STONKBROKER buybacks.
