I find this video very disturbing; I am all for legality, however the actions of the new Perm Sec are a classic example of abuse of office, here is why. The occupier explained that he is only renting. Common sense would be to engage the owner if he has paperwork and who from the Council was responsible. Why that building was allowed to be built and if any council licences are being paid. Instead the Perm Sec acting like an excitable mafia orders the distraction of that property the next day without any due process. This is not just evil but unlawful. This kind of thuggery must be stopped forthwith

Today I implored the Speaker to direct the Public Accounts Committee to launch an inquiry into the Tender deals by unscrupulous businessmen Mpofu and Chimombe and also investigate weather they are paying their fare share of taxes to ZIMRA including VAT on the tenders.
