One of the best ways to teach offense is by creating game-like situations instead of scripting every action with plays. We worked on a couple of our favorite shooting drills that emphasize spacing, decision-making, movement, and shot-making within the flow of the offense and learning how to communicate by being loud on the court. The goal isn’t just making shots—it’s teaching players how to play. When athletes learn concepts, reads, and reactions, they become much more effective than simply memorizing plays.
