“WEDNESDAY WISD🏀M”….. This is the Toughness Drill we did in practice this week. I really believe that if you expect your players to do something in a game than you better teach it. We can’t say “take a charge”…or “dive on that loose ball” if we havent taught it. Just something to think about🤔 Have a GREAT day🤗

“Thoughts for Tuesday”…..WBB is in a new space with the “transfer portal.” Some decisions make sense and some don’t. I coach because I love the relationships I build. I hope kids don’t just chase the money and look back and have any regrets. We have some kids leaving too and I hope all of them find the right place for themselves. Just be smart and realize the grass isnt always greener!

It’s M🏀TIVATI🏀N M🏀NDAY……this is a drill I learned as a young assistant from former UCONN coach Jim Calhoun- It’s a 3 part rebounding drill and it becomes “WAR” at times….it “motivates” them to build “T🏀UGHNESS!!!!”
