Why are we the least informed on the largest purchases we make? Just got a $27.8k quote to wire the entire house for internet and sound. Quick scope: • 25 Cat6 runs • Whole-home Sonos audio • UniFi network • Camera system • Rack + labor I think the price is fair but do I even need everything on it?

Ok guys, I think I found a UNICORN BUSINESS - SaaS-like margins (80%) - In the Trades (Sweaty businesses) - 100% Virtual - Little known gov't program that FUNDS it I'm not kidding & this ISN'T clickbait I just spoke to a guy making $2.4M/year doing it. Here's how (in 4 posts)🧵

One businesses that could pull me BACK into healthcare? MED SPAS Market: $19 billion CAGR: 14% Margins: 20% Here's how I'd do it... Step 1. Take care of the DEMAND side by piggybacking off an existing business (via some sort of partnership) The blend of aesthetic medical treatments & spa services pair very well with these businesses: - Chiropractic - Gyms - Golf Clubs - TRT/HRT Centers Step 2. Take care of the SUPPLY side by partnering with an entrepreneurial MD, NP or PA (depending on the state) Difficult but doable with local networking Step 3. Take care of the EXPERIENCE by investing in facilities Don't be cheap. The Med Spa needs to feel high class so spend the money & invest in things like: • Sauna & Cold Plunge • Lighting • His & Hers changing rooms • Modern waiting area I would NOT over invest in equipment. That can get expensive real fast but I would pick 1 specialty machine & slowly expand In a world of AI, experiences will become KING & this is ALL about the experience
