We call them ‘weeds’, ‘invasive’. We dig them off the ground or, worse, we spray #herbicides. Try and ask a #bee what she thinks. It is such a pleasure to see my ‘natural lawn’ turn yellow and so many insects feast on this pollen bonanza! A big reward for little effort.

This is south Italy today. The land of ’O sole mio’ is facing the full force of #climatechange. We speak of a climate “gone mad,” as it had somehow turned against us of its own accord not after decades of emissions, convenient denial & political corruption. The madness is ours.
