Chase played at IMG last night; here is some of his work from the 1st preseason game. Chase has invested significant time and effort this off-season to enhance his overall performance. While I am proud of him, what impresses me even more is when people comment he's a great kid.

Dreams do come true but here’s the real truth most people don’t talk about: What are you willing to give up to make your dreams come true? I grew up in the projects where dreams didn’t feel real. Life was about surviving, not dreaming. Then one day everything changed when a teacher and a coach both told me, “You can become whatever you want if you’re willing to be different.” That moment shifted my mindset forever. So to every young person coming up this is the same thing I told the guys I grew up with: I wasn’t better than you. I just made better decisions and real sacrifices for the betterment of my family and my future. Success isn’t luck. It’s discipline, faith, and doing the hard things when nobody is watching. I pray my life and testimony inspire kids coming from hard situations to believe bigger, work harder, and turn what looks like nothing into something great.
