Another 9-figure food company is trying to shut down our lab testing startup. LMNT is suing Oasis federally for sharing independent lead results in their supplement. Defending a federal lawsuit can cost millions of dollars. Given we are a bootstrapped independent startup this makes defending ourself economically challenging. We have taken no outside money and continue to pay large fees to independently test more products. We’ve published corrections to all their claims, yet they refuse to settle.
