It’s very clear Lucy’s current 🏠is unable to meet her physical, psychological & social needs, with #YegZoo making no attempts over the years to expend her habitat & give her the facilities she needs. But the1️⃣thing she does need Edmonton City Clerk is #Sanctuary 🛑being so zoo blind.
