if i were asked to define the bond between sunghoon and ni-ki, i would choose to remember the time ni-ki had to hide behind a pillar upon arriving at the airport for a schedule, covering his face and avoiding the group photo and sunghoon decided not to step forward for the photo, choosing instead to stay by ni-ki's side): given the context of the situation, the fact that sunghoon did that really moved me...

koreans and cortis fans are saying that after seeing james and ni-ki's tiktok and knowing they're the same age, they find it very sad and crazy that ni-ki debuted in 2020... my baby was so young and has suffered so much because people decided to massively hate him one day 😞

on the anniversary of the I-LAND finale, i’m reminded of the video of ni-ki’s family’s reaction when he was announced as part of the ENHYPEN lineup... ni-ki was his parents' fourteen-year-old baby as well as both a younger and older brother facing so much on his own, isolated in a survival how in a country where he was barely learning the language. i imagine the whirlwind of emotions and think about ni-ki’s bravery in stepping forward to chase his dreams, even when it was terrifying, as well as his family’s immense support in letting him pursue them, despite everything they must have felt seeing him alone and vulnerable the fact that ni-ki is part of enhypen today is due to his courage, but also to the love of his family, who always allowed him to grow while knowing that his dreams could always become reality🥹❤️🩹

ni-ki's decision to reject the company's offers to do his cover doesn't erase years of exclusion, xenophobia, lack of opportunities and mistreatment "stop blaming the company—" well, the company IS to blame. where were you all of 2025 and early 2026, since 2020? this ISN'T new

what hurts me the most is that heeseung was really vocal these past few months about his excitement for his future in enhypen, his wishes to continue exploring genres, growing as a group, visiting countries, even spoiled the tour... he kept repeating that they were his family💔
