STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST NARCO-OFFENDERS & ORGANIZED CRIME UNDER OPERATION KAVACH-6.0 TAKEN BY DELHI POLICE In a series of coordinated and targeted action, 145 Narco-Offenders arrested in 143 NDPS Act cases, resulting in the recovery of a substantial quantity of drugs, illicit liquor, Arms, Ammunition, Stolen Vehicles etc., at 907 locations across 15 districts of Delhi by all Districts /Units, including the Crime Branch and Special Cell. Approx. 870.1 grams of Heroin, 244.8 kg of Ganja, 16.1 grams of Cocaine, & 434 grams MDMA. ₹ 34,420 cash, one gold chain of 20 grams, 01 motor cycle, 01 scooty, one car & one tempo also seized. Additionally, 208 cases registered under Delhi Excise Act, with arrest of 207 individuals & 30,348 quarters, 198.75 Ltrs. of illicit liquor & 244 cans/botttles of beer, seized. Besides, 14 persons arrested in 14 Arms Act cases with recovery of 06 country-made pistols, 09 live cartridges & 08 knives. 15 stolen motorcycles recovered. Further, 1240 individuals were taken into preventive custody. 44 violators prosecuted under the COTPA Act.
