Then he goes on sermonising that when we have so many laws to deal with discrimination, why Congress needs another law. Valid point. But….. My take: When you leave your own “akhada” and go to the den of others, you don’t set the rules. Instead of countering caste-politics, BJP thought of co-opting it and now it finds itself confused between what it does and what it says.
