oh heeseung my heart is breaking:( u really deserve the best my love 🦌 so one day, on my way home, i was in the middle of promotions back then too, so i had a little time free and went back to my parents place, and while we were talking and headed back to the dorm, that day... i just bawled my eyes out,why is it so hard for me to even have one talk with my family?" i started thinking, "why do I feel like I have no home?" 🦌it just... broke my heart, i was pretty fragile back then too, so this song came out of the thought "i absolutely have to turn this into a song", but the story inside this song, ts biggest keyword is really 🦌"I'll make it and come home" 🦌"I'lI... succeed and come back home" 🦌"almost there, Mom, Dad, I'm coming back" 🦌 you can think of it as a song about that! the standout is "almost Going Home" i'm almost home now" it does really mean actually going home, but it also carries "i'm almost there making it happen, so hold on a bit" i wrote the lyrics with that double meaning 😭🫳🏻

you deserve the best evan 🫶🏻🤍 🦌: i feel like at some point, a lot of that excitement for birthdays started fading away. but because our evers celebrate it so much and show me so much love, i felt like i was having a birthday party with old friends again, so i wanted to tell our evers thank you so much. i saw a lot of banners in front of the company building congratulating me a lot. so i was so, so, so grateful. thank you to our evers

oh my sweet love, i wish i could hug you for all the moments you cried alone:( 🦌 i don't get much time to go home, and one time i had to go to work early the next day,so i stopped by to see my parents and brother, then headed straight back to the dorm. 🦌 suddenly, i started crying. i think it made me sad that i couldn't easily see my family, even though they were so close. i just wanted to go home, so i cried for a long time, eventually i pulled myself together, so i wrote this song thinking that i wanted to return home after achieving something great 👤 that's such a beautiful thing, im sure your parents loves you and are so proud of you my precious heeseung:( your family loves you so much and theyre proud of you, you're their little baby, you're so pure hearted and precious! the best son and brother who gifted your family a beautiful song ❤️🩹

HE IS EVAN! 👤: you've been promoting under your real name, lee heeseung, until now, but with your solo debut you've changed your name to evan 👤: does the name have a special meaning? 🐹: haha... a lot of people joke around like, "evan? evan?" 🐹: but actually... I've been evan for a long time 🐹: i've spent a fair amount of time overseas, and i also did a month-long study abroad program in canada 👤: oh, so your english name was originally evan? 👤: wait... you studied abroad for one month?* 👤: does that even count as studying abroad? wasn't that just a vacation? 🐹: haha, it was more like a language program 👤: okay, a language program then 👤: what did you even learn in one month? 🐹: i went to school there for a month 🐹: i learned where everything was around the school, took classes... 🐹: and i stayed with a host family 🐹: everyone called me "evan" there 👤: ah, so for that whole month, you were evan over there 👤: and you just decided to keep using it 🐹: yeah 🐹: i was evan there 😄
