eric was the one who organized THE BOYZ gathering last night !! he said he's basically max level at handling the members after being together for almost 10 years🤣 because if he asked in the group chat, "when are you free?" they'd probably end up meeting next year instead😭 so he just picked the time himself, booked the restaurant, and told everyone to come or they'd get a taste of his fist HSJSJS. and everyone gathered together, talked a lot, ate delicious food, and genuinely had a really fun time together🥺🤍

they were talking about yechan who's from toronto, and eric mentioned there's also a tbz member who's from toronto too, but he accidentally said kevin instead of jacob 😭 then yechan shared that he and jacob went to the same music academy, so they already knew each other and still keep in touch until now. and eric said he still sometimes even mixes up jacob and kevin's names 😭😭😭

eric said he's been working on a lot of songs lately, including songs he made for his future solo debut and songs for the boyz albums.. he said if a song he originally made for himself ended up being included in a group album instead, he would absolutely welcome it because the biggest meaning for him is having the members he loves sing the songs he wrote 🥹🥹 and since the boyz's 9th anniversary is coming this december, eric plans to keep sending his songs in the group chat to persuade the members to like his songs (so they could release them !) 😆

eric mentioned that he and haeun had met before a long time ago at melon music awards, and haeun's mom even sent the photo to her again today !! eric said that even before meeting her back then, he already knew haeun through youtube and thought she was such a good dancer, and he really enjoyed watching her content. they took a photo together around 7–8 years ago, and now being able to appear together on a broadcast again feels special for him and he said it was an honor🥹🤍

eric's reason for choosing to perform on the last day of inter-zection concert : 🤍 during his hiatus back in 2022, when he was in US, he started crying as soon as he saw the members doing the thebzone encore. he told his mom that he wanted to perform on stage too.... and after the concert on saturday, that moment came back to him, he thought about how he didn't know when he would get to perform stages like that again, especially for checkmate. he thought sunday could possibly be his last time performing it. because he had already gone through that experience once in 2022, he felt that was enough and didn't want to go through it a second time so that's why he decided he had to perform on sunday no matter what. and thankfully, everything went well and even better than he had worried about. so for the next few days, he'll focus on recovery, and he'll be going to the hospital again today for treatment, so there's no need to worry.
