दिल्ली में digital arrest scam का एक ऐसा case सामने आया है जहाँ पहली बार RBI ने banks को भी जिम्मेदार माना है 78 वर्ष के retired bank officer Naresh Malhotra से scammers ने August–September के बीच लगभग ₹23 crore की ठगी की Investigation में पता चला कि जिन bank accounts के through यह fraud हुआ, उनमें से कई accounts में proper KYC नहीं था और कई accounts fake थे इस वजह से RBI ने banks को जिम्मेदार मानते हुए ₹1.31 crore वापस करने का order दिया लेकिन यहाँ एक important बात है victim को भी partially responsible माना गया, क्योंकि उन्होंने खुद bank जाकर transactions किए थे, इसी लिए पूरा पैसा नहीं, सिर्फ partial refund order हुआ अब victim अपना पूरा पैसा, ₹23 crore, interest के साथ वापस पाने के लिए legal fight लड़ रहे हैं यह case एक strong reminder है: • Banks की responsibility भी important है • लेकिन user vigilance equally critical है • Large transactions हमेशा verify करके ही करें सावधान रहिए - digital arrest जैसे scams में डर और urgency का इस्तेमाल करके लोगों को फँसाया जाता है #DigitalArrest #CyberFraud #RBI #ScamAlert #SeniorSafety ReserveBankOfIndia ReserveBankOfIndiasays Sudhir Chaudhary DD News Delhi Police Crime Branch Delhi Police

Bank complaint के बाद भी कोई action नहीं ले रहा? अगर आपने bank या payment app में complaint register की है और 30 दिन तक कोई response नहीं मिला, या मिला हुआ solution satisfactory नहीं है, तो आप RBI Ombudsman के पास जा सकते हैं. RBI Ombudsman एक official system है जो आपकी complaint को independently review करता है और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर bank को action लेने के लिए बाध्य कर सकता है. ध्यान रखें: • सबसे पहले bank में complaint register करना ज़रूरी है • 30 दिन तक response न मिले या समाधान संतोषजनक न हो, तभी escalate करें • Complaint online file की जा सकती है, बिना किसी fee के • सही पाए जाने पर आपको compensation भी मिल सकता है याद रखें: आपकी complaint को नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं किया जा सकता - सही process follow करने पर action ज़रूर होता है.
