One of the many things I love about MJF is printing tiny parts in cages Post-process all at once, nothing escapes No support removal, no marks Ship safely inside the cage Metal L-PBF can’t do this. Laser heat creates huge residual stress → parts warp hard. Only solid supports stop it. Loose powder isn’t enough. MJF uses high power lamps opposed to laser’s so powder alone works.
