Is this real? A recording of Any Winehouse on the phone to a friend discussing some very dangerous information, which has apparently been shared with her by The Artist Formerly Known As (Prince)? She says he told her that “They” murdered Madeline McCann. She also says Prince told her “They” killed Michael Jackson because he knew too much and was going to “blow the whole thing wide open”. You cannot hear the person on the other end of the line, and at first listen it seems incredible, but this phone call would have taken place during the News of the World phone hacking scandals in the UK. I’m still not convinced. Anyone have any more information on who released this recording? Is it verified? Or is it AI?

Does it all seem a little bit too perfectly written to anyone else? Does anyone else look back at the ten years of Donald Trump from 2015 to 2025 and feel like they might have been watching a long and carefully written piece of theatre? The outsider called to the action - the public humiliation - the impossible rise - the fall and the exile - the near death, the blood, the raised fist - the return of the King. Every emotional beat landed exactly where a master storyteller would have put it. Millions of us who still believed in reality, order, and justice were given a protagonist who suffered for the same things we cared about, and we invested everything. It was just too clean. Too complete. Too perfectly paced to be by accident. I’m starting to think the audience was the real target the whole time. Is anybody else angry about that?

Who is PBD? I used to really like him. I’d seen a couple really good clips of his over the previous couple of years. We agreed on Covid, couple other things (can’t remember). But I could never remember his name whenever I wanted to find one. So I followed him on Spotify. I started watching the PBD show before I started to think, WTF I’d this. The fight music at the start, the shameless and continuous self promotion (cheesy, not subtle at all), the constantly loving the sound of his own voice, and then mid topic he’d turn to the Walter White looking nerd and say “give me a number” (WTF?): to which, said nerd would tell him “70% chance in favour” of whatever point Pat was trying to make - just off the top of his head (whaaattt - seriously?). Anyway it wasn’t long before I realised that (good arguments aside) it was too pathetic to bear it any longer. Maybe if you were a teenage boy, a retard or a steroid head, but not for me. Then I heard a couple of his criticisms of people who’d been good to him. People I did respect. But underhanded back of his mouth insults, nothing anyone with self redirect would do (a proper person tells people straight when he’s got a problem). Then it occurred to me. He’s a multi multi millionaire (maybe billionaire I don’t know) and in realised all of a sudden that self made billionaires don’t exist. Musk, Gates, Ackman, Theil, and PB effing D. They’re created in a focus group, a back room deal, a piece of sensitive material on someone who shows promise is produced, or a person with a good enough back story and a complete willingness to do whatever it takes (WHATEVER IT TAKES) to get up there with the big boys, and before you know it they’ve done enough to provide ample evidence necessary to control for the rest of their lives. Might be an illegal tax dodge, a fraudulent deal, and that’s enough. “Oh, your wife and kids like the new house and the tennis club? Yeah, she loves the watch and the new car? The family likes to summer in the Hamptons? Well, do as I say, otherwise you can kiss goodbye to all that. Then I heard this episode of Baron Coleman (a bottomless pit of really great observations, actually) and I think I was right all along. PBD is just a fraud. A theatre kid. A front man. A deep state cameo. A cut out.

You know, I almost feel sort of sorry for those now facing off against Candace Owens. What the likes of Andrew Wilson, TPUSA, or even Netanyahu don’t understand is that she is just so good at what she does. Like a Jedi master. And the reason for that is because she ain’t acting; she ain’t playing a part; she is who she is. It’s a natural God given gift. You can’t imitate it. You can’t rehearse it. You can’t learn it. There ain’t no courses for it. At best, a person realises they have the gift, and if they’re blessed, they learn what to do with it. And the fact that she’s chosen the side of good over evil; aligned herself with the righteousness of God over iniquity of the devil… Well that don’t bode well for the other side. The forces of darkness are gathering just beyond the horizon. Their agents are already among us. And the time is almost upon us. But to be honest, they ain’t that impressive. Still. Time to pick a side.

Tucker Carlson is a gift to the American people and to the world. Tonight may prove to be one of the most consequential televised moments in modern American history. One day we may look back at what began as a single broadcast could become the spark that finally names the America it was always meant to be, and the America that the American people must recover. Tucker Carlson: The 10 things that America should be. Maybe it was in the past, but it certainly is not now. 1. Fair. The founding promise. The inheritance of every American. A system that was meant to give every citizen a genuine chance, not a stacked deck. 2. Sovereignty. A nation that answers to its own people. The right to decide its own course without foreign masters or financial chains. Sovereignty over debt. Sovereignty over health. Sovereignty over the future. Without it, freedom is only a word. 3. Productive. A happy country is a country that makes things. Real things. Not numbers on a screen. Not endless speculation in finance and real estate. Free from the quiet slavery of constant chemical relief. 6. Honest. Lying is wrong. Always. It is a crime for a citizen to lie to the government. It must also be a crime for the government to lie to its citizens. This is our country, not theirs. Classification has become the official excuse for secrecy. Evil thrives in darkness. Sunlight remains the best disinfectant. A nation that tolerates one set of rules for the powerful and another for everyone else cannot remain honest for long. 7. Optimistic. Optimism is not mere cheerfulness. It is the decision to live for the future. To sacrifice today so that tomorrow can be better. To work for children yet unborn. A people who stop caring about their children have already stopped caring about their future. Culture that celebrates degradation, exploitation, and the destruction of innocence is a culture that has lost the will to continue. 8. Wise. Wisdom is not the same as education. Education, as it now exists, often teaches compliance and fashionable falsehoods. Wisdom begins with the courage to recognise what is actually true. Not every claim deserves respect. Not every feeling is a fact. A free people must know the difference. 9. Decent. America was once a decent country. Decency has been under sustained attack. When officials cheer death, when institutions celebrate brutality, when the powerful are taxed more lightly than the working man, something essential has been lost. A nation that abandons decency eventually loses the ability to respect itself. Demanding decency from leaders, and from ourselves, is not optional. It is the minimum. 10. United. We are not united, and the fracture is widening. Some disagreements will never fully disappear. That is why a deeper shared identity must be recovered or created, something strong enough to hold the country together when everything else pulls it apart. Without it, the centre cannot hold. We now know that for the longest time, both parties have colluded and conspired to divide this nation. It is now our job to undo that.

One of the best interviews you’ll see this year: Julian Dorey and Baron Coleman. Discussing here Trump’s betrayal, and the impossibility of the appointments confirmation process. There are people you genuinely really like. People whose professional excellence is undeniable, the ones who show up consistently, who have mastered their craft, who produce work that is sharp, reliable, and quietly impressive. You respect their skill, enjoy what they create, and await their next episode - sometimes with impatience. Julian Dorey is such a man. A great man, no question. But more than that, he is a genuinely exceptional interviewer: curious without being performative, prepared without being rigid, and skilled enough to create the rare space where a guest can actually think out loud. That is a real gift. And then there are people you love. You love them because you can see their goodness. Their integrity. Their humility. Their passion. You can see what they actually prioritise when no one is watching, and those priorities line up with your own. Baron Coleman belongs in that second group, sitting comfortably alongside Candace and Tucker for me. Baron is one of the most diligent investigators currently working in the online commentary space. He is decent. He is humble (“your humble host” is not just a catchphrase; it’s something he actually practices). And he is still searching, still trying to get closer to the truth rather than simply perform certainty. He does three or four 4-hour shows a week, writes his own opening statements by hand, and does his level best to answer every comment that comes in during the live broadcasts. You can feel the gratitude in him - gratitude for the position he has been given, and for the people who helped put him there - and I don’t believe there is a version of this man that would ever betray either. Right now he’s a rising star in podcasting. But I suspect that, in the years ahead, he will become something far more important to the national conversation than most people currently realise.

I love that Candace Owens mispronounces things. Same reason as I used to love it when my nan mispronounced things: it’s funny. And it’s endearing. I think it’s funny when she says “miles per an hour”, instead of “miles an hour”, like I do or “miles per hour”. Who cares. I came across an entire account dedicated to Candace mispronouncing things the other day. I watched half a dozen and thought they were brilliant (I think the owner hates her and thinks that other people will hate her if he can expose her as someone so misspeaks her and there - these people). Don’t you get it. She’s like family to so many people so get now truth from her than they’ve got from anyone on earth other than their own family - even if it’s sometimes wrong, or even (heaven forbid) mispronounced.

Iran Lego - Mother’s Tears. Powerful! This is honestly one of the most powerful music videos I have ever seen. Yes, it is AI. But if it had been released by one of the current biggest stars manufactured and controlled by Hollywood executives, it would be Grammy-winning (or whatever the highest accolade in the music industry is these days). It speaks truth. Human truths we all understand if we are given half a chance. Instead we are lied to. Told that these people are our mortal enemy, and that dead Iranian children are just collateral damage. If you listen to the words (like really listen) and allow yourself, even for a moment, to remember that these are people (living, breathing, feeling people) it should hit you right in the bottom of the throat. It paints the Iranians as the fellow humans they so obviously are, the very thing the propaganda machine would rather we forget. It is the story of mothers’ tears. Mother’s tears for Iranian children, and mother’s tears for the American servicemen fighting wars of aggression on behalf of Israel. No soft language. No patriotic gloss. Just the human cost staring back at us from the screen. It speaks about how Iranians love American culture (the music, the movies, the TV shows) and how that culture is as much a part of them as it is of the American people. That part really resonated with me. I run a business based in London that operates across the Middle East. These are some of the kindest people I have ever known, and they have faced endless hardship at the hands of US foreign policy conducted on behalf of Israel. Right now the future of everything they have built (families, homes, businesses) is uncertain. They know it. They feel it. And yet they still dream of one day seeing the Empire State Building. Their children listen to Taylor Swift. And every Saturday they queue at the cinemas to watch the latest American blockbuster (with the swearing, sexual references, violence and sex carefully edited out, and rightly so) as a family. I know they grow up loving America, imagining they might one day be Spider-Man, longing to visit Disneyland, or when they are older they dream of one day walking on 5th Avenue or through Central Park, because we all do. The whole world does. At a deeper level we do not truly separate Americans from ourselves. We absorb you into our own identities. And that is just as true in the Middle East, and it must be true in Iran. That was the saddest part, for me. Somewhere there are children and grown ups alike quietly wondering what they could possibly have done to deserve being reduced to little more than collateral damage.

I effing love Tucker Carlson, like a trusted family member. Honestly. I came across his show on Rumble during Covid. Most people only vaguely know who he is in the UK. We can’t get Fox, etc. I knew something was up with Covid more or less straight away Not just because hiding from it didn’t make any sense (rule always been, if it’s not a killer, you spread it to kill it off) nor because the instructions were ridiculous (in the UK we were told to wash our hands for 20 seconds, or two rounds of the song, “happy birthday to you” - like we were retarded and neither knew how to wash our or how long 20 seconds was). But because I was looking at the people on the TV who had died of COVID early on and they were all overweight or old. Every one of them were. No one on any media here (mainstream or otherwise) was talking about it, so I looked to the US and found Tucker. He was a life line early on. A voice of sanity in a world that was clearly going around the bend. I came to X for the first time ever (any social media actually) when he was fired from Fox. And waited for news. The minute he launched TCN I subscribed. Even though I only ever watch TCN on Wednesdays because all the other shows are out on Spotify quite quick. But I’m happy to support people I appreciate (we all should if we can to be fair). This is Tucker talking about a couple of Antony Faucci’s personal diary entries. And it’s pure TV gold. There are no airs and graces with Tucker. He says it exactly how he sees it, unless (and this is an important quality I unfortunately do not possess) tact and good manners dictate otherwise. This is authenticity. That’s why so many people love him, and also why so many terrible people hate him. Bad people, low, deceitful, treacherous people, fake people, hate nothing more than honesty. And they hate no honesty more than honesty that comes from a place of decency, morality or love for your fellow man. You can’t imitate what Tucker has, and you can’t beat it either. He’s like Obi Wan Kenobi in the first Star Wars (I’m not a Star Wars, or sci-fi nut, just of that age) when Darth Vader strikes him down; if they were to destroy him they would only make him stronger. And they know it. Same can be said for Candace Owens. As much as the demons among us would love to destroy all dissenting voices, there are some that they know they can’t. Note on the clip: Watch the genuine feeling, the glasses come on and off in indignation and disbelief of what he’s reading. Absolutely priceless. Tucker Carlson is not just an American treasure. He’s way bigger than that. Tucker Carlson.

I love Baron Coleman - Matlock 2026. There’s a reason why no one on team “the patsy must die” has commented on these newly released uncompressed shots of the Charlie Kirk murder suspect in the car park, obtained by Candace Owens. They know that there’s nothing they CAN say. Because they know that Candace had the full video. The video that they played in court and stated definitively showed Tyler Robinson. And they also know (as well as she does) that it proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that the person they claimed was Robinson is clearly not him at all.
