I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my gym time and if I’m still working out. The answer is… DUH. I have to get my ass back. I lost a little weight over the past few months and I’m trying to find a good balance between cardio and strength training. Over training is an actual thing, and I was basically killing my body and burning off any muscle I had built up. Chin up, tits out…Happy Hump Day❣️

I did something today that I haven’t done in years. We had some family in town for a funeral so we decided to take them shooting . We blew up an old piano I had bought several years ago that was just in a barn collecting dust. I got the first shot, and after a bit of trial and error, user error basically, I finally hit the target. The video isn’t great but you can see my enjoyment afterwards when I was jumping up and down.
