Try driving a car while only looking at the road behind you. Insane. But giving AI access to data without the context to understand it isn’t that different. The next generation of software needs the context to understand what matters now and what to do next. We’re building Polygres (YC F26) for that future. Eyes forward 👀 →

Today we’re launching WonderSearch (YC F26) Search millions of unstructured documents without pre-embedding the corpus. With comparable/better retrieval recall than embedding-based search. WonderSearch searches at query time: > No corpus-wide embedding step. > No vector index to maintain. > More compute only when needed. > Pay per search intead of embeddings you may never use. Go from raw data to useful answers in seconds. Link + FAQ below (+ free launch credits!) ↓

If you’re still unsure what to film for your Y Combinator video, here’s ours! We’re Polygres (YC F26) , and we turn your entire database into a context window. We uprooted our entire lives to come to SF, because we believe this is the best place to build a startup. - dale Dalton Lim Damien

I made a cringy silly Cup Song parody to explain our database infrastructure because pitch vids are BORING This is either marketing innovation or a cry for help (probably no. 2) Polygres is live on Product Hunt 🚀 Turn your database into an infinite context window for AI agents: via Product Hunt 😸 Polygres Dalton Lim Damien

The next AI database isn’t another database. it’s a layer over the one you already have. Today we're launching a virtual ai search layer you can deploy over ANY Postgres database. no migrations. no vector DB. no Neo4j. no sync. no bs. One database. Every way to search it. This is virtual search that feels like extended context. try it free → Dalton Lim Damien Polygres (YC F26)

Even the most powerful artificial minds need infrastructure to understand the world. We've launched a radical project to change the way we build AI Agents. A graph layer that uses up to 34x less RAM than neo4j. To start: pgGraph (Full Open Souce, Rust), is a postgres extension that lets you run complex graph queries, like finding shortest paths using standard SQL. Directly in postgres. Coming next: Polygres, give your postgres a warp drive by combining pgGraph & pgVector into an all-in-one database. We're building the foundation of intelligence evokoa Links below ↓
