In "newspeak," this simply means that if the law or the Constitutional Tribunal stands in the way of "restoring European standards" or pushing through desired legislation, then special forces will simply be sent into the Tribunal. In short, what we are witnessing appears to be a crude purge of state institutions. The much-vaunted European "judicial independence" vanishes the moment courts begin to resist directives from above.
