Trump goes on to say, "It is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital." The video clearly shows the murderous officer walking around the scene before eventually driving away in his vehicle. The officer pictured above is the shooter. The vehicle pictured above is him leaving the scene before any investigating officers arrived on the scene.
