The players who continue to improve from here until fall usually don't have a secret, they stay disciplined. The four biggest performance separators: Sleep 😴 Nutrition 🍽️ Hydration 💧 Strength training 💪 Take care of your body now, and it'll take care of you when the games matter most.

But you have to take complete control: • Are your metrics updated? • Is your video current? • Are you contacting coaches daily? • Are you working hard? Ignore the noise, stay patient, and keep grinding. ⚾️🙌

Others fold. Make sure you’re prepared. There’s a player your age outworking you right now. He’s doing more. He’s disciplined.. ..and when you meet, he will win. Unless you match him. Build your floor. Chase your ceiling. 💯
