90% of my shadow boxing these days is very basic. Rock on the floor, move right 2 rounds. Move left 2 rounds, move right and left 2 rounds. Move right jab only 2 rounds… etc You’re never too good to work on the basics. I’m trying to implement this into everything. Your ego gets checked like this because doing things slowly and at the bare level exposes a lot. Barry Robinson inspired.
