If I wanted to show someone a text book example of what "snap" on a punch was... I'd show them this. - Pacman showing his Son how he wants him to hit.

Kids a beast, gets crazy height on his flips. If you have a high vert your flips can look so much more impressive.

Classic street fight tactic My friends older brother taught us a similar tech when we were younger . if someone is wearing a hoodie, pull it over their head and unleash uppercuts Clothing and hair is a big consideration in the street.

Listen to that snap. Makes sense that Edwin Valero - the only champion in WBC history to win every fight of his career by way of knockout. 27- 0, had a 100 percent KO ratio. He's nice and relaxed, his arms look like pythons striking. The other intangible of punching power is the intent. Valero wanted to hurt you with his punches. Unfortunately Valero had a very tumultuous life and committed suicide in jail after being arrested on suspicion of killing his wife.

90% of my shadow boxing these days is very basic. Rock on the floor, move right 2 rounds. Move left 2 rounds, move right and left 2 rounds. Move right jab only 2 rounds… etc You’re never too good to work on the basics. I’m trying to implement this into everything. Your ego gets checked like this because doing things slowly and at the bare level exposes a lot. Barry Robinson inspired.

I am once again reminding you that the hip 180 is an amazing move for Your hips Always makes my hips feel great . Alleviates some pinching sesation before kicking Works your hip in a full range of motion, AND even works the standing hip as it works to stabilise the limb.
