I think I’m close to a burn out. For the last few weeks it feels like I haven’t been able to think. Let alone do deep work. My brain just draws a blank. Super frustrating. Even thinking what tiles I should put into our new house feels like too much already. The first few weeks I tried to force myself to work anyway. Obviously made it even worse. So, this week I decided I’m just going to take a break. Go on hikes, drive my bike, read books and play video games. I had this before and eventually it would go away. Made me realise though that I should put guards into place for the next time. Building a team is part of this. Focus on what I like to do and get help with all other tasks. Implement some load balancing. Fingers crossed it goes away soon 🤞 /endtransparency

6 months ago: laptop open all day, typing into Claude Code, waiting. Today: I write a spec, go to the gym, and my phone only pings when an agent needs a decision. 95% of my work runs itself. Full breakdown so you can build your own 👇

"Build me a landing page." That's how you get the same AI slop as everyone else. I'm making a landing page course for you and your AI agent to solve that ⚡ It hurts seeing good indie products launch with pages that don't do them justice. I've spent years testing pages for clients and building them for my startups. But I never made a course about this. I could teach you my process, but you'd still need years of copy and design skills to use it. Now your agent can help you do both. It just needs the right tools. I teach you why each step matters, from customer research to final design. Your agent applies it to your product. You'll learn to build high-converting landing pages that sell. 💰 Pre-orders just opened at $29. Access end of Q4. Price goes up every 200 purchases. P.S. All proceeds go toward my wife's dream cafe ☕

One major downside of working with agents in a terminal it's the opposite of async and when doing tons of tasks it gets super tiring. I build an inbox for my agents so we can do full async work. The agent has access to it via MCP and has a bunch of functions: Agents get 2 inbox tools: 🔘 list_inbox to read messages, 🔘 reply_to_inbox to answer. Inboxes are synced to a session, so all replies instantly get added to the agents context. Agents can update me about finished tasks with it, or; when an agent hits a blocker it sends an input request → I reply → it wakes up and keeps working
