Mini food tour, day three. Lahore threw surprises I wasn't expecting. Good ones. Then Islamabad, very quietly, hands me this. Bone marrow on a charcoal-grilled patty. Brioche bun. One of the best burgers I've had, and I've had a few. Capital gaining on points. Thank you for all your recommendations, there are too many to cover in a single trip but I've still got a few hours and a couple of meals left to negotiate.

The camera may show a composed writer but just outside the frame: two shoes I kicked off ten seconds before going live, and a coffee that I only remembered about mid-shoot and couldn't rescue before it went fully cold.
