At $IREN, shareholder feedback challenges us to improve and deliver greater value - thank you. Updates: - Investing efficiently: Each EH/s of operating capacity costs ~$30M to build and is typically valued by the market at several times that amount, highlighting the accretive potential of our investments. - Funding sources: We are carefully assessing all opportunities - ATM, debt, convertible - to balance growth and risk/reward. Management, aligned through stock ownership and RSU vesting conditions, is thoughtful in utilising funding instruments like the ATM. - Reincorporation: US domicile under review; we’re assessing legal, tax, and cost implications. - Growth: A 50% hashrate increase is on track for next month, with NVIDIA H200 GPUs rolling out at Prince George. At Childress, Phase 3 construction has entered the final delivery phase, with Will Roberts and David Shaw on site last week to oversee progress. - AI/HPC: Negotiating potential terms with hyperscale customers across multiple sites. With 2,310MW of contracted power and a strong team, we're positioned for continued growth. More updates at the Nov 26 earnings call.
