On June 26th, I received a community guidelines strike on a livestream for someone in the background of the video, saying to "suck a dick" at 02:08:02. It was removed for harassment and unwanted sexual activity. I appealed & it was denied within 5 minutes. No Human, just TeamYouTube automated AI system. According to YouTube's own rules and their requirement that you take a community guidelines class after the strike, this should NOT constitute a removal, given the context. The context is: A wife told their husband to suck their ex's dick in a joking manner. I removed the part in question and reuploaded the entire 3-hr-long livestream censored. Then, on July 3rd, YouTube AI automation took down the same censored video for me, saying "suck the titty" at 2:42:30 regarding TransFirebat fighting with their wife on camera about breastfeeding... Prior to this, TransFirebat has shown themselves on camera randomly flagging these videos and telling others to report me to get my channel terminated. It seems it has worked just like TheQuartering did a few months ago. Both of these strikes are wrong, and I can't get in contact with anyone about them for a manual human review. That's all I want. Hell, if you have a contact at YouTube, I'll compensate you for it... Transfirebat is on camera calling me the f-slur multiple times, and graphically describing committing SA against an ex, yet that content is still on YouTube. I just want to understand how that is allowed, but the two instances here are not. I love freedom of speech, but this is AI making incorrect content decisions, either through false reports or because its system doesn't understand the context of what's being said. The word "suck" seems to trigger the AI system. Nobody should have to endure false community guidelines strikes from YouTube's AI system with no recourse. 15 years, 1700+ videos, one more strike, I'm gone from YouTube. I've accepted that this could happen tomorrow, next week, or after this post goes out. I am at the end of my rope with absolutely no options other than asking the internet to raise awareness of this. I stream once a week, and thankfully, this is not my job anymore. If my channel is terminated, this is the reason why. AI has replaced human decision-making, and it will only continue to get worse for online creators of all sizes if this isn't fixed. This can affect you too. Any shares would be highly appreciated. Then worked as an optical technician at Costco for another 3 years, making glasses! You're privleged af to think anyone should be paying your rent.

This morning, I learned that Onision has filed a claim with the Copyright Claims Board, initiating small-claims proceedings against me for $5,000 in damages. The claim relates to social commentary I provided during my livestream on March 6, 2026 (Episode 27). That stream ran for more than two hours and forty minutes and included discussion of several creators, including Social Repose, FoodieBeauty, and Onision. As always, my content was continuous and transformative. Over the years, I have filed numerous counter-notifications in response to what I viewed as unjust copyright claims from Onision and others. In most instances, the content was restored because the claimants elected not to pursue the matter in court. Onision, however, has chosen to proceed with formal legal action. In response to these proceedings, I have established a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the associated legal fees. I believe this constitutes a clear misuse of copyright law and fair use principles, aimed at suppressing legitimate social commentary on a livestream with fewer than 200 viewers. If he drops this case, any donations made on GoFundMe will be refunded. I have to hire my lawyer again. Although YouTube has not been my primary occupation since 2023, no content creator should face efforts to silence discussion and criticism. This matter has broader implications for the entire online content creation community. Additionally, if anyone has a recording of the original March 6th livestream, I please reach out to me. I did not back up the live stream at the time and am willing to compensate you for a copy of my own content. The link to my GoFundMe is included below.
