Today I did 1200 push ups… #GSET When I was hustling in 2019 to reach my goal of getting a contact, I was doing 3 workouts a day, training in ring and at one point I was doing 1000 push ups a day. I started a new workout goal this week and decided I need to up my hustle and tap into the version of me that wanted something so badly I sacrificed everything. Monday - Thursday I reached 500 per day, today I wanted 600. When I got to 600, I realized I was so close to 1000. When I got to 1000 I told myself I need to set a new bar for myself. 1200 is that new bar. Proud to say I did that. My body doesn’t look how it once did, and I can’t move how I once moved, but for what I can do, I will challenge myself at every chance I get. Greatest Story Ever Told

1 year ago toBEY I did what the doctors didn’t think I would do. I walked down that ramp and stood in the middle of the ring for the first time since being paralyzed. The #beynefitforbey was a magical night, one that even 365 days later I still can’t put into words. My gratitude is through the rough. People from WWE, AEW, TNA, New Japan, ECW legends all came together to support me in my time of need. This business owes us nothing and gave me everything. I will tell you what I remember. I remember seeing a bunch of my friends for the first time in a long time. I remember having no energy left after all the interactions. I remember walking out on stage in my most vulnerable moment and trying my hardest not to cry, but that was simply impossible. The reason my hand was on my hip was because I was so fatigued and tired it was the only way for me to remain standing. My hands were still barely working at this point and I was very self conscious about it. When I left the stage and went to the back after embracing everyone one more time, I just about collapsed in my brother’s arms from exhaustion. Energy was empty, heart was full. I can’t thank 𝗙𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗪𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 enough for this night. I can’t thank brittnie brooks enough for everything. Watching Kevin Robert Kesar and Hammerstone in the main event brought back so many memories but also was a story of 2 guys who helped me become who I am in this industry by working with me early on in my career and teaching me lessons I would turn into law for the art of finesse. Every single talent that flew in or drove in to be apart of it, I will never forget what you’ve done for me and if I can ever return the favor I will, no questions asked. To every fan who bought a ticket and sold the place out, or ordered to Bey-per-view, I love you. Greatest Story Ever Told #GSET

Last Sunday, 𝗙𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗪𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 hosted an event in my honor titled “BEYnefit For Bey” . It featured stars from WWE, TNA, AEW, ROH, ECW, WCW and independent companies all over the world. With this event we were able to break our FSW streaming records on TrillerTV and also draw our largest gate at Silverton Casino selling out the venue. My gratitude for this event is beyond anything I could put into words. This was the opening video recapping my time with FSW. #BEYnefitForBey
