[2/2] The logic behind is using 10 DMG GEN MANA effect of Arbiter with Morel/Ekko's Patience/Solar Hex to infinitely generate mana for Zoe. Ekko's Patience is not even a good item for regular Zoe. But Mana Zoe? S Tier! Let us know if you have a change play with this Zoe.
