Another Pattaya plonker – Aussie – literally does a runner after being confronted with a ฿58,000 bar bill. He was chased down by guys on motorbikes ( driving against traffic on Beach Road). That of course comes a few days after another guy drank all day and then refused to pay a ฿32,000 bar bill in Sin City.
