Willie Collum’s analysis of the pen mistake is superb. He’s RIGHT that a VAR inviting the other to “agree” with him contributes to it. But he’s WRONG to say: “No need for the referee to go to the monitor but a factual overturn for a penalty kick to be awarded." There WAS a need!!
