You better be‼️ ✅ The guy that’s accountable ✅ The guy that doesn’t skip reps ✅ The guy that reaches the expectations of the program - There’s a difference between being a BUDDY and being a LEADER - A BUDDY keeps teammates accountable when it’s convenient, and doesn’t want to ruffle feathers - A LEADER keeps teammates accountable in a positive way all the time, because he knows what’s at stake.
