I respect PCA for this one! Dude appreciates the history and understands the expectations of a great young player. Was a fan of him before and a bigger one now. MVPete

The Spanos Family turned this Stadium down for $24 tickets to an NFL game in LA in 2026 😂 This team, this stadium, this city, and the most loyal fans in the game wouldn’t be happening in San Diego.

Umpire grants a challenge to Fernando Tatis on a pitch he wasn’t trying to challenge 😂😂 It worked, it was a ball, he walked, it loaded the bases . Next better Luis Rengifo hits a Grand Slam!

The building was a factor when nobody knew the ending. Last night it waited to find out. Wild Card Game 2, first pitch, Petco already decided the Cubs were in someone else’s house. Broadcast said “this place is unbelievable, from the first pitch “. before the score meant anything. Nobody had a result. That is home-field advantage. Last night the same seats looked like they had already done the math. Tentative. Nervous. Loud only after the team gave them permission. A sellout that reacts is not the same thing as a sellout that arrives believing. One is a crowd. The other is a factor. Results still are not guaranteed tonight. Some think this ends. Some don’t. The team has said the building matters. The organization has said the building matters. That only counts if the building shows up before the scoreboard does. Stand up. Have fun. Be the factor from the first pitch.
