Kelvin "TIER4 UPGRADE?"? After Deadlock CNS update, Valve added new code in game files. Tier 4 ability upgrades were found in abilities.vdata. "ABILITY_UPGRADE_BIT_4" Frost Grenade Creates an area that slows enemies by 75% and heals allies for the duration. Ice Path Now explodes and deals damage in a radius. Arctic Beam Heals allies, including allied creeps. It is more effective to use with the third upgrade. Frozen Shelter Stops time for all enemies inside the dome. These upgrades are only available for Kelvin, which once again confirms the developers love for this character.
