$DFDV was the first U.S.-listed non-BTC Digital Asset Treasury (DAT). Now we’re working to become the first non-BTC variable-rate digital credit issuer with $CHAD. $CHAD is designed to take the digital credit model pioneered with bitcoin:native and apply it to what we believe is an even more compelling underlying asset: $SOL. Why? Solana doesn’t just have the potential to appreciate. It’s a productive asset with native yield. At the contemplated terms, $CHAD features a 13% headline dividend paid daily, with an effective yield of roughly 14.4% at a $9 issuance price, backed by a $SOL treasury that can generate organic yield to help service the dividend. joseph onorati | DFDV & DK break down the entire thesis in our latest presentation: 00:00 Introduction 00:55 Introducing $CHAD 02:17 Why digital credit exists 03:41 Bitcoin proved the model.
