Pain and Frustration. This man decided to go to the CORRUPTION Campaign rally naked in order to attract the attention of Minister Balaam Barugahara yesterday in Masindi District. He alleges that his cows were confiscated by Kinyara Sugar Company. He requested Minister Balaam to intervene and the Minister immediately ordered the DPC to rescue his cows. It's no longer "people are passing through a lot", it's a lot is passing through people".

At Buhimba Technical College in Kikuube District, Western Region. 10 billion shillings were spent to build this institution to offer technical skills to Ugandans but very little tangible results from the Institution due to CORRUPTION. Principal and his Deputy are explaining to Hon. Balaam Barugahara, the minister for local Government what went wrong. There are also allegations that the accountant uses his personal Bank account to carry out transactions on behalf of the institution including students paying fees through his account.
