Was talking to a friend about cars today and he said something that had me laughing: “BMW always lie about their horsepower. If you see a BMW rated at 500 hp, just know it’s probably making 550-580.” I laughed…😂 then he explained. BMWs often feel much faster than the numbers suggest. He’s not wrong. They might not actually be lying on the dyno, but they definitely have a reputation for making the car feel underrated on paper.
