Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown. Those who can't decipher mysteries would surely fall back on assumptions in an attempt to downplay authenticity and something they can't comprehend. A painful irony it is that women often become the harshest critics other women. This form of verbal abuse centered around looks is a complex issue rooted in societal pressures, internalized misogyny, slut shaming and a deeply ingrained need for validation.
