Harming elephant is non bail able offence as per wildlife protection act 1972 with 7 years of Jail along with fine. This youth in picture was warned numerous times for it. Finally he was detained today evening for his act shown in a video attached. He had been doing it wherever elephants moves especially in Champua,Patna,kendujhar and Ghatagaon range.
